8. 100% agree, it took me 2-3 years to get my shit together and be the "business" person and have the right mindset to utilize the business skills that the gurus are teaching. And frankly, I still got a far way to go. This is really extreme and hard work. So many doubts, so much problems, so much pain. It's not about the "WHAT" – that's super easy actually. But it's all about the inner competency and mindset, and stuff.

9. How to be productive after work:
   do mini-dopamine resets, and mini-meditations
   DO NOT give into instant gratification, you don't need willpower for work, you only need willpower for boring yourself out enough to want to work
   have light meals, don't burden your digestion
   exclude all the non-essential tasks and duties from your life
   life minimally
   eat more raw foods so you don't have to cook much or clean up a lot – fruits, seeds, and easy cooks (eggs, whatever)
   go to bed as early as possible
   exercize in the morning

   Works for me right now

10. Wtf is this bullshit. Open a web shop, target your niche, sell PRODUCTS. Not everything is about pyramid businesses in which you are forced to manipulate people into getting productive. You sell stuff, you take margin, you manage it wisely, over time you'll have decent profit.

    But THAT IS hard if you're unable to start a business in general. And THAT IS HARD. Has nothing to do if it's online or not. Actually it's easier online than locally.
