  1. Many retiring makers sell entire sets of their jewellers tools on eBay. I would be very careful about buying new tools on eBay, if they are cheaply made. I've found gorgeous vintage well-loved tools on eBay. Gotta do the work, Basia you are so right!

  2. I've found gorgeous used and vintage tools on eBay. Lots of older watchmakers' children who are babyboomers now are selling their grampa's or grandma's beautiful quality tools! The hammers and anvils are especially yummy for tool addicts like me!

  3. Thank you so much for sharing your thought and the journey along, i really appreciate it. We all struggling of finding the way and ourselves, but for sure we know that it's learning process , and leaning to ENJOY the process also part of the journey. i've been creating some macrame jewelry since 2018, slowly yet learning more and more. At some point i wish to turn it as full time job , but also worries about the expectation will burned the passion away (of course the financial stability). You're truly amazing, please know that you have the power to giving other positive energy and let us keep on going 🙂 THANK YOU ! big hug from MALAYSIA to you!

  4. thank you! this video really helped me today! i wasn't feeling so good cause i participated in a market yesterday and only sold a few things, but i'm going to keep on trying

  5. Great and interesting Q&A! It is nice to see these spontaneous videos on your channel too, it doesn’t always have to be a video with a prepared script. And Thanks for sharing my channel! You’re so sweet! 😊💛

  6. 5. Is so annoying. I feel like now that I'm comfortable with my jewlery making skills all.of a sudden the algorithm is off. But it's not going to stop me from making. I'm in too deep🤭🤭🤭

  7. I've just put a reply on bj20715's comment, you may want to read. £39 for your torch, I've seen it in another post. A good one is worth it's weight in stirling if not 9c. I use three different ones, a thin pencil, or should I say fat fountain pen style for chain. A very good hot enough but small flame. A creame bru type one for most of my work and a bigger one for the odd time I need to really hit the heat. Do I want a Smiths little tourch with oxygen generator rather than tank? YES please.
Sorry for any and all spelling mistakes, take care and keep growing and sharing please…
