9. So google won't let you not have an actual address. You said if customers aren't visiting your business because it's ran out of your home ie lawn business without a brick and mortar that Google said to not use your home address, so what do you recommend putting in that required field?

12. I have a very interesting and confusing matter!! it's about Google My Business Ranking (Local Pack). I found by my research that: Companies with bad Website (regarding onpage SEO / Some also without any website) and with very very low DA and with not enough reviews has a better ranking (on place #1) and others with better DA, and very good onpage SEO, and better reviews are not on Local Pack? Any Idea why, and what could be the reason for that? if you don't know the reason how you will compete them, I am right? you must know what they do better, so you make even more better?
