    कोरोनोवायरस के प्रकोप के बाद मनोरंजन उद्योग को बंद हुए 60 दिन चुके है । नतीजतन, रिलीज के लिए तैयार कई फिल्में पोस्ट प्रोडक्शन के विभिन्न चरणों में फंस गईं। FWICE (फेडरेशन ऑफ वेस्टर्न इंडिया सिने एम्प्लॉइज) ने अब महाराष्ट्र के मुख्यमंत्री उद्धव ठाकरे को पत्र लिखा है, ताकि शकुंतला देवी (विद्या बालन अभिनीत) जैसी फिल्मों पर काम जारी रखा जा सके, जो अब सीधे-सीधे डिजिटल रिलीज के लिए तैयार हैं।

    32 संघों वाले FWICE के अध्यक्ष बीएन तिवारी का कहना है कि यह अनुरोध विशेष रूप से पोस्ट-प्रोडक्शन के विभिन्न चरणों में अटकी फिल्मो के लिए है, जैसे संपादन, डबिंग, साउंड-मिक्सिंग, सॉन्ग रिकॉर्डिंग, री-रिकॉर्डिंग, ग्राफिक्स और वीएफएक्स। उन्होंने कहा, “हम सामाजिक दुरी (सोशल डिस्टन्सिंग) और दिशा-निर्देशों का पालन करेंगे और स्टूडियो में सभी स्वच्छता नियमों के साथ चार से अधिक लोगों को अनुमति नहीं देंगे,” इन लोगों को पुलिस की अनुमति लेनी होगी और सुबह 7 बजे के बाद अपने घरों से बाहर जाना होगा। शाम 5 बजे सेट से निकले ताकि वे 7 बजे तक घर पहुंच सकें।

    महाराष्ट्र ने कोविद-सकारात्मक मामलों की सबसे अधिक संख्या दर्ज की है और इसकी राजधानी मुंबई, एक कोरोनावायरस हॉटस्पॉट है। लेकिन तिवारी बताते हैं कि कुछ राज्यों में छोटे उद्योगों को फिर से खोलने की अनुमति दी गई है। “हाई-एंड वर्कस्टेशन और उपकरण दो महीने से उपयोग नहीं किए गए हैं। उन्होंने कहा कि लागत, समय और प्रयास के हिसाब से उन्हें बदलना महंगा होगा, ”उन्होंने कहा कि निर्देशक को, रचनात्मक प्रमुख (क्रिएटिव हेड) के रूप में, प्रक्रिया की निगरानी करने की अनुमति दी जानी चाहिए, न्यूनतम उपस्थिति सुनिश्चित करने के लिए सहायकों (असिस्टेंट) को स्टूडियो से दूर रखा जाए। अध्यक्ष बी एन तिवारी को सप्ताह के अंत तक या कम से कम 31 मई तक अनुमति मिलने की उम्मीद है ।

    Apart from this context, I have been thinking about what's the process for buying the rights for any audible, visual or novel content. Do we need to talk with both the creator and publisher/ producer/distributor? And who decides the cost for it?
